1Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the nn77u website at https://nn77u.best and all related services, games, and promotional activities operated under the nn77u brand. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean nn77u. References to "you" and "your" mean any person who registers, accesses, or uses the platform.

3Account Registration

Each person may register and hold only one nn77u account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the email address or mobile number used — are prohibited. If you discover a duplicate account, contact support immediately. nn77u will consolidate accounts at its discretion, and funds or winnings in any secondary account may be forfeited.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including:

• Full legal name matching a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
• A working mobile number that you own and control.
• A valid email address.
• A genuine date of birth confirming you are at least 18.

Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. Any winnings generated using false details may be voided and the deposit balance returned less applicable processing fees.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nn77u password and account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone else — nn77u will never ask for your password through chat or email.

4Identity Verification (KYC)

nn77u operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to provide identity documents before or after your first withdrawal, or at any other time nn77u deems appropriate. Requested documents may include:

• A government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, PhilSys ID).

5Deposits

All deposits at nn77u are made in Philippine pesos. The minimum deposit is ₱100. nn77u does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges — check with your provider before depositing.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph (instant credit)
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be refused and refunded. nn77u does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. If a deposit is credited in error, notify support immediately — use of erroneously credited funds constitutes acceptance of liability for their return.

6Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at nn77u is ₱200 for standard verified accounts and ₱100 for verified VIP members. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method registered in your own name — this is checked against your KYC records.

Standard processing time is 1–3 hours after the withdrawal request is approved by our finance team. VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority processing with most withdrawals completed within 30–60 minutes during business hours. Processing may take longer during public holidays and periods of high demand.

nn77u may delay or refuse a withdrawal if: KYC verification is incomplete; a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; the account is under review for suspicious activity; or required documentation has not been provided. In all such cases, support will inform you of the reason for the delay.

7Bonuses and Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply to all nn77u promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount — check each offer.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game types; live casino games are frequently excluded from wagering contributions.
• Time limits apply. Uncompleted wagering requirements after the stated period result in forfeit of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

8VIP Club

The nn77u VIP Club is a loyalty programme open to all real-money players. VIP points are awarded for qualifying wagers and accumulate automatically in your account. Point values, tier thresholds, and benefit schedules are published on the VIP Club page and may be revised periodically.

VIP benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and dedicated account management — are provided at nn77u's discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement. nn77u may adjust, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

VIP cashback credited to your account carries a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.

9Game Rules and Disputes

Each game available at nn77u is subject to its own published rules provided by the relevant game provider. It is your responsibility to read and understand a game's rules before wagering. Where a discrepancy exists between a game provider's rules and these Terms, the game provider's specific rules will take precedence for matters relating directly to that game.

In the event of a technical failure during a game, nn77u will attempt to resolve the outcome based on available server records. Bets that cannot be resolved due to technical failure will be voided and stakes returned. nn77u is not responsible for internet or device failures on the player's end.

To dispute a game result, contact nn77u support within 7 days of the event. Include your username, the game name, the date and time of play, and the amount wagered. Disputes raised after the 7-day window may not be investigated.

10Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at nn77u:

• Fraud and impersonation — registering with false identity or impersonating another person.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated play — using bots, scripts, or any automated software to access, wager on, or interact with nn77u games.
• Money laundering — depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to disguise the origins of funds through casino transactions.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against a legitimate nn77u deposit. Doing so may result in immediate account suspension.
• Harassment — using support channels or any part of the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse nn77u staff or other players.

nn77u cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Evidence of any prohibited activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

11Account Suspension and Closure

nn77u may suspend or permanently close your account at any time if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or we are required to do so by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited. Where closure is not caused by a breach, the verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of applicable checks.

You may close your nn77u account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Your verified balance will be returned after any outstanding wagering requirements or pending review processes are completed.

12Responsible Gaming

nn77u is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for Filipino players. Gambling should be recreational and within your personal financial means. The following tools are available to every registered nn77u member:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps from your account settings.
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently block access to your nn77u account.

Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 30 days for temporary exclusions or 12 months for longer exclusions. During any exclusion period, nn77u will not send promotional communications to the excluded account.

14Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

nn77u's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15Amendments to These Terms

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of nn77u shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

Where a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
